Conversion from shed to living space

DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK:


Installed 15 amp light circuit and 20 amp receptacle circuit. Installed insulation and sheetrock. Trimmed out windows, intalled ceiling fan, and shelving. Tape, texture, prime and paint.

Stair repair

DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK:


Removed old/failing stairs (base of stringers were rotten). Installed new base and joist hangers. Cut and installed four new stringers and deck with trex.

Fence and gate

DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK:


Installed partition on property consisting of fence and gate.

Failing stairs repair

DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK:


Pulled up rotting boards and concrete. Replaced with traditional post and ledger framing. Decked with trex.

Bathroom floor replacement

DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK:


Flooring was failing due to shower door leaking. Replaced shower door seal. Removed old flooring, scraped flat, and installed new one piece vinyl flooring. Set new toilet and installed new baseboard.

Failing stairs repair

DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK:


Removed old rotting stairs with concrete underneath. Drilled and bolted edge stringers into concrete. Cut and channeled for middle stringer, and hung joist hanger. Decked with trex.

Electrical panel upgrade

DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK:


This panel needed to be upgraded from 150 to 200 amp service to facilitate new solar and EV service.

End of driveway repair

DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK:


Filled in channel at base of driveway to hold paving stones and reduce transition from driveway to road.
